Scarlet Homes LLC is a local family owned business operating on Padre Island, Corpus Christi, Texas. Whilst Scarlet Homes is a relatively new developer on Padre Island, the owners are not without experience, having extensive experience of major construction projects in the United Kingdom and on the African continent.
Scarlet Homes' General Manager has over 15 years experience building quality houses in the Corpus Christi and Padre Island area.
Scarlet Homes specialize in the development and construction of premium quality homes, ranging from quality multi family units to luxurious water front homes. "Premium Quality" are not just words that we use, they are the core of our business philosophy. We build premium quality homes, but without the premium price.
